There are several ways to report non-emergency issues to the help desk: online helpdesk, email, fax, and telephone.
Issues emailed to helpdesk->at->powerbill.com (change -> to dot ; we had to do this because of the page scammers to hack email addresses) will be logged into the help desk, investigated, and resolution emailed back to you.
Issues faxed or telephoned in will be logged into the help desk, investigated, and resolution emailed back to you.
There is NO cost to report an issue to the help desk. If the issue is education or consulting, we will let you know. You will not be charged to report the issue to the help desk.
